A. hello..generally cold things are avoided...have ajwain warm water all day..There are certain foods which should be avoided in breastfeeding...also as coffee and tea contain caffeine have only one or ywo cups max....also avoid chocolate spices (cinnamon, curry, chili pepper) citrus fruits and their juices, like oranges, lemons, limes, and grapefruit strawberries kiwifruit pineapple the "gassy" veggies (onion, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, cucumbers, and peppers) fruits with a laxative effect, such as cherries
