Hi mommy Avoid it cold things may cause cough to your baby Stay hydrated healthy Take well balanced nutritious food including fat carbohydrates protein The more u feed the more milk secretion will be there Have shatavari tablet with warm milk twice a day to increase bm Take care Take a good care of your baby
