I'm a breastfeeding mom of 5 months old baby. I have been suffering from gastritis, can I have fat first thing in the morning ( warm water with ghee), to prevent my gas?

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. there is no problem you can take this type of water if it is going to help you to relieve gas problem there is no problem for the baby because of this type of drinking

continue breast feeding till minimum two years as per world health organization.
