i m 7 months pregnant and to much hair fall

A. follow a good diet - Eat adequate amount of protein. As hair is made up mainly of proteins. Eat eggs, cottage cheese, chicken, soya, lentils, whole grains. Vitamin C, Zinc and Vitamin B are other important nutrients for great hair health. So include lot of fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grains in your daily diet. do regular oiling.

A. hi it is normal once your hormonal level become stable ,it alright with the time. please take protine ,carbs ,fat ,iron , calcium rich diet. apply coconut oil daily on your hair.
