Q.

I m 6 month pregnant . my t3 and tsh is 1.94 and tsh is 11.22. I m taking 175 Mcg tablet. what to do to control my thyroid.

A. You can look for some very good yoga accents and they really helped specially lion pose and all are very good it’s a set of 45 exercises that you should do every day in the morning for three months straight and soak some coriander seeds in the night and boil them in the morning make it half and have that water sip by step and after that for half an hour to 40 minute don’t have anything so these things will help you do it for 3 to 4 months it will help in controlling your thyroid levels
