I'm 5 weeks pregnant and having mild bleeding with no pain and cramps...and taking hcg injections ...is this a sign of miscarriage

A. No the injection must have been given to control the problem that’s there you check with your doctor of your constantly bleeding even after the vaccinations have been done we cannot confirm whether it is a sign of miscarriage or not without an assessment
