I m 4 weeks pregnant shows my blood report hcg level 194.50 n my urine test also shows positive result but did not shows in sonography scan i have pain in right side n back pain was come n go.. why all this happen?

A. That’s very difficult to say I would say that you should go ahead with the further evaluation that’s going to give you a better clarity because normally one time you are saying that your four weeks pregnant but there is no sign of pregnancy ultrasound so I think it could be due to either a chemical pregnancy or ectopic pregnancy
