Q.

I m 36 weeks 5 days pregnant.and my shot and shot is 186 and 167 respectively.should I undergo for c - section this week or should I wait for some more days...

A. for undergoing Cesarean section there are many indications some absolute some relative you are a doctor is the correct person to advise when you have to undergo for Cesarean section ok

A. Hi mommy Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes Give adequate water
