I’m 34 weeks pregnant My right hand and fingers are getting numb constantly specially during night while sleeping does anyone know the reason and cure

It could be due to nerve compression so make sure you are not sleeping on tight side whole night and keep switching sides and avoid taking very soft pillow yo sleep instead use a firm thin pillow to give support to your neck abd massage your neck shoulders and arm with sesame oil
