#asktheexperts my right hand palm keeps getting numb, eventhough iam working on that hand,all this started after my first baby delivery.

For maintenance of gap between two pregnancy you need proper contraception. it can be any method yet practice it regular and don't miss on any dose to prevent its failure. pils, copper T or condoms all can work ok
