I m 3 years old son's mother I have so much hair fall ,nail break out. can I take biotin forte? plz suggest which brand of biotin fort with zinc is good for my hairs and nails

You can take that but it would be better to check with the doctor first with the right supplements you should be going because it is mostly due to nutritional deficiency only so please don’t take any supplement without consulting your doctor they will give you a better help on this
