I m 3 months pregnant.the meal I took today in lunch time is not digested yet and I am having pain in stomach and had vomiting too.what can I take in such situation.and what should I eat now?

A. good evening I would recommend you to give only light food to your baby which can be easily digested you should specially try to have some nimbupani this will help to make sure that you are not having vomiting
