My son has now recovered from diaherria and vomiting. But still he says that he has pain in stomach and he also feels hungry after every meal. What to do

Hello ma’am Could possibly be due to worms so consult ur doctor ones because the child does not feel hungry like this if there are not the ones in the body so consult your doctor ones and if needed just go for a medication which you can give now and the second post can be given after six months only if needed
