Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. since you are having twins there can be chance of little bit pain during pregnancy you had adopt certain positions while sleeping better to take advice of your treating doctor

If there is too much of pain for you then you should quintals consult your gynaecologist regarding that because this is the time where I cannot tell tell you Ashu what could be the problem but if the pain is much for you then and assessment with your doctor is definitely important
