I'm 26 and I'm a boy mother too I don't have periods since the last 6 months i have had a pcod and I do not take any medication related to this

A. If you are not taking any medicine related to it then you should look for some good home remedies and yoga exercise exercises which really helps a lot in reducing the issue of PCOD as well as PCOS and consult your doctor if you’re okay to take the medicine
