Q.
I'm 23 days post pregnancy . I had c-section on 15th December. on 21st day I sat down for 2-3 hrs. Does it effect anything please let me know.

Neelam ChinnappaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hey mommy don't worry after the stiches have healed you can slowly get back to regular activities with some precautions. Although the only thing you should take care of is that you are not straining your stiches. sitting for 2 hours will not harm you.
