Q.

I m 18 weeks pregnant. I m having posterior placenta. Can i climb stairs with this? What others things to do and avoid?

A. yes if placenta not low you can.See it looks ok only.but if you doubt then for your satisfaction show to a doctor there as they can examine the patient and give even a better opinion in this case .

A. you have low Placenta.. you should be careful as sudden bends, as you get up or sit down, no heavy lifts, try to avoid stairs, no long standing.. take rest as possible.. take care, follow your doctor..
