I look like pregnant women now my baby is 10months old , suggest me weight lose tips or food habits to change me till now my belly looks dame after delivery also

A. Hello my dear parent! Start walking for at least half an hour twice daily. Be physically active as much as possible. Try yoga and meditation for better physical and mental health. Eat well, balanced, healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all day.
