I hv a red spotting after my postratum relation .is it normal to hv such spotting after c section and pain in abdomen??

Your Gynecologist will give you the proper guidance regarding this after doing a proper examination and then only some needful advice gtcan be given regarding this . so please consult your doctor once. Ine generacl you should take a healthy diet for yourself with plenty of liquids and also get a routine check up done
