Q.
I havnt had periods since my delivery, which is more then 4 months and having ache at my while back, specially in morning. is it normal?

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. take calcium. you can feed egg, paneer soya, halwa, banana. a great variety if home made stuff guarantee weight gain plus health as well. that ensures appropriate milestone in time for babies. ok.

Irregularities in periods is very normal after delivery due to hormonal changes especially when you are exclusively breastfeeding your baby. Sit in a comfortable position while breastfeeding. Try using Babyhug warm compress pad on the paining area. Consult your doctor for advice
