#AskTheExpert Hiii I am a breastfeeding mother. after delivery i havnt got my periods for 10 months till now my periods are not regular .my baby is 1 year 3 months old now . should I consult the doctor or is it normal ?

Its normal due to hormone changes
Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy
Consult with your doctor in person for proper physical examination and treatment
