Q.
I have undergone c section 21 days before and now got throat infection. I am coughing a lot and i am afraid that my incision gets ruptured. pls suggest

you can take steam as well as apply vicks.
you can also go for home remedies like tulsi honey ginger water as well as warm lemon tea. you may go for (warm water + salt + turmeric) gargles which will again help in decreasing cold and cough and you can continue breast feeding
