I have undergone c section 1month back. My stitches are still paining. No discharge no redness on stitches. After 15 days of operation when I had visited the Dr, the doctor said the stitches are healed completely. How long does uterus take to heal completely?

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. avoid too exertion ok. Then you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workoutCut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down.
