Q.
I have twins they are of 2 months now .they are vomitting alot .is there any solutions.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Feed your both babies in a more upright position. Follow each feeding with 30 minutes in an upright position. Avoid immediate active play or use of an infant swing.
Avoid overfeeding.
Frequent burps during and after each feeding can keep air from building up in your baby's stomach.

Little vomit or curd type vomit is normal in babies. This is due to acid reflux in babies which will go with time as baby grows up. If ur babies are active and comfortable otherwise, accepting feeds then no need to worry.
