Q.

i have twins boy and girl(10 months 19 days old) ,their weights are is 7.6 kg and 9.2 kg respectively, in recent cbc report their Hb index is very low 9 and 10 respectively, and vitamin D is also very low. Dr. gave me some supplements and strictly adviced me to stop giving them milk but only food. Please advice me how can i increase my babies weight and make them healthier even after giving them Solids, Can i breastfeed them?

A. i give them basic homemade food but would you plesse advice me some food items which can incresse their weight and i should include in their diet.

A. Yes if you were giving formula feeding to the child and I think your doctor would have advised not to give milk in terms of formula breastfeeding should be fine and also you should increase more of proteins into your child’s daily diet to go ahead withWrite Your Answer Here
