Q.

My twin boys born on 21st Nov and at birth time their weights are 2.4 kg and 2.2 kg today their weights 2.15kg and 2.10kg. Is it OK? What should I do for their weight growth?. For every 2 to 3 hrs I feed them. I don't understand why the weights are decreased.
