#asktheexpert my twins are now 10 month old . and their Weights are 7.6 kg( avni) and 7.1kg ( avyaan). they were born premature at 32 week with 1.6kg(avyan) and 1.7kg(avni).is now their weight normal??? what can I do for their weight gain? any supplement or food item during winter season??

A. hi dear Birth to 3 months: 5 to 7 ounces or 150 to 200 grams per week. 3 to 6 months: 3.5 to 5 ounces or 100 to 150 grams per week. 6 to 12 months: 2.5 to 3 ounces or 70 to 90 grams a week.
