Q.
I have twin boys age 2 years and 11 months.one started talking little bit ang singing rhymes.but one is not talking. he says ABCD and numbers but no conversation.what to do

It’s Okay at least your child doesn’t have a speaking order disorder for that you are very very sure because if your child is speaking rhymes and ABCD then that is fine and would advise you just to see these particular things with a child is your child following simple instructions and all if your child is following instructions making eye contact then there is no issue at all just you can consult a speech therapist they can advise you better about the speech issues of your child
