Q.

my son is 2 years and 3 months but not talking he can speak A to z alphabet and rhymes Al's but not talking.

A. hi, your baby is 2 years old now at this age baby can speak in sentence of 4-8 words.but even if he is speaking single words it's adequate.do not worry

A. Hello mommy, You may notice that your child's development goes at its own unique pace. And that's OK — at least most of the time. Still, if you're worried that your 2-year-old isn't talking as much as their peers, or that they're still babbling versus saying actual words, it's a valid concern. Most toddlers are saying about 20 words by 18 months and 50 or more words by the time they turn two. By age two, kids are starting to combine words together to make two word sentences such as "baby crying" or "come help." A two year old should be able to identify common objects as well. play games where child speaks as much as he can and you help him in talking
