Q.

my baby 2.3 years old , talking few words Amma appa thatha puppy Pappu mama athai VA polam like single words she talking ,is this is common for her age ? y she can't talk more ? in this age other kids singing rhymes but not my child ?

A. no it s less speech Language issue so you should know about language development is a part of brain growth and is a milestone. 6 mnths ba na ma 8 mnths baba mama 2 years some words Speech is also dependent on hearing ability so need to check that too by ENT doctor. Reduce screen time, encourage conversations , recite play time and bed time stories to your baby. Improve interaction avoid tv avoid smartphones to baby. Incase all such tricks do not prove successful then should not delay help seeking and should see a pediatrician and speech therapist soon.
