Q.

I have twin baby... Please suggest any options to increase breast milk.

A. try using Babyhug smart and silent breast pump as breast pump will stimulate milk flow.. take lactation supplements as lactare or Shavatri powder.. take green papaya bitter gourd bottle gourd drumstick fennel seeds garlic oats sabudana ragi dalia to increase milk..
