Q.

i have stopped breast feeding my baby since 1 year but still the milk has not dried up. It forms small lumps that are uncomfortable. How much time does it take to dry up completely or What to do to dry it up?

A. since you have stopped breastfeeding at a very early stage so yes you need to empty the best regularly which will help reduce the breast milk secretion slowly try to not to take any medications for that

A. Well when you quit it can take about 3 to 4 days but right now I think it’s better that you do hot compress and take a medicine to dry out your feed consult your gynaecologist she will be able to help with the right advice to follow
