Q.

I have shoulder pain after delivery and orthopaedic recommend physiotherapy. can I do,?

A. yes. better to show to specialist always as they get the correct diagnosis. try to avoid self and extra medication that will only complicate this and create more damage to the child

A. Of course physiotherapy can be done there is no problem with that because it is about your shoulder and it has got no connection with any other thing that is going to get affected with the physiotherapy that you take of course you should proceed with it it’s completely safe to have physiotherapy during this time
