#AskTheExpert After getting injection in my back and shoulder during delivery , i am always feeling pain and cramps in my left shoulder and lower back after 6 month of delivery. please give your feedback and suggestions in this matter

A. you better taje rest n avoid any heavy weight. exercise more too. better to show to a specialist and get the right opinion as soon as you can. In such cases you can talk to a doctor and get some blood tests done to reach to a conclusion
