Q.

I have severe craving for sweets post delivery. now it's been 1month+1 week.. nd I'm craving for sweets frequent ly. especially last 1 week I'm eating more sweets. before that as I was on diet which let's body heal and produce bm.. I was strictly asked not to eat sweets. wat shall I do. y this craving

A. eating sweets in limited quantity occasionally is not a problem if you are not a diabetic For further advice it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination if there is need for investigations also then only proper treatment can be given to you o . K .

A. Hello mom If you are a breastfeeding mother than you should avoid taking this much sweets otherwise it can affect your milk. Because babies overall growth and weight gain depends on mothers diet so you have to maintain a proper diet and you have to be very careful what you are eating Happy parenting Stay home stay safe
