#asktheexpert hi , my son is 13 years and 3 months old .He has a craving for sweets and always wants to hit like boxing all day.

A. hi parent please avoid screen time and encourage for physical activity and out door game please avoid maida items and packaged food please include green leaf veggies and fruits and different seed and nut in your child daily diet please give daily sun light please your spend more time with your child please maintain hygiene properly with Babyhug instant sanitizer
