Q.
I have severe back and lower backpain. during pregnancy I was suffering through same issue and after delivery also. I can not sit without back support. and with back support I can sit for approximately 1/2 hr. after that my back n lower back hurts. is it a serious issue? what can I do?

Without proper physical examination, it is not possible to understand the underlying courses. Consult your doctor for a personal diagnosis and seek medical advice. Good luck and take care.
