i have screamed very loudly and cried to due family issue I am 4 months pregnant is that harmful plz tell I am so much worried

A. No no nothing will happen sometimes it’s good to release your frustration and your agitation otherwise you know the things that you build up inside your head because of family pressure or irritation of whatever your problem is it actually damages your pregnancy in your child more because your thoughts are more dangerous for the child if you went out of frustration and now you’re calm then it is okay just try to be more happy and chill in your life because things will come and go but this thing will never come over for the well-being of your health and your family just meditate and try to relax more
