Q.

I have PCOD mam, so I am not getting second pregnancy, what is the remedy for this?

A. PP c o d is mostly related to your hormones So the best way to keep hormones P balance is to avoid stress by doing meditation. And having regular exercise along with daily walking or jogging. check for ovulation study
