I have only 10.1 only hemoglobin after taking 2 doses of livogen in 7th month of pregnancy any suggestions for me

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl7 months agoA. 10 haemoglobin is still very good for your term so I’m just going to advise you as of now that you should have more of beetroot and pomegranate during this time they are highly rich in iron and you can have that you can have sweet potato you can have black rice you can have spinach other green leafy vegetable
