i have one year baby done with c section and nw im pregnant and i have back pain and umbilical hernia so can I bear with this problem in third trimester..

A. see you can just try to not taje up yoo much if weight gain ok. try to plan post deliver exercises as well. Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down.
