I have one month baby after c section along 2 week' i an suffering from constipation & piles pain please suggest me what can i do?

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 2 weeks around and taking breast feeding and if you are having a piles and pain due to constipation so drink plenty of water and vegetables and fruits etc and don’t eat bakery products and milk
