I have noticed black dots on my child front upper teeths since he started taking iron calcium syrup, is it because of that??

yes black staining of kid's milk teeth could be due to intake of iron supplements..
consult with your pediatrician for proper evaluation..
maintain a habit of brushing your kid's teeth twice daily
