Hello ma’am If you want to know the reason for this then it would be better to consult a child dentist ones because it is their area of expertise and they can tell you exactly what is the reason behind and what do you need to do to get rid of it and also are there normal or are they to be treated or anything so the best right now you can do is to consult a child dentist
