please do the following things:
take homemade healthy and well blanaced diet
keep your body well hydrated
avoid drinking RO water
take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day
apply coconut oil on your hair
wash your hair with mixture of Amala aritha and shikakaki powder.
take enough sleep.
maintain good hygiene.
use potatoes slice for oily skin ,I mean,place potatoes slices on your face for few minutes after keeping it in fridge.
