Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too

Include methi in your daily diet. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all day while breastfeeding your baby. If required take the help of a lactation expert.
