I have less milk production. could you please suggest how can I increase the production.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. to increase breast milk supply, Consume dates, nuts, jeera, Dill seeds, sauf, ajwain, papaya, spoon of desi ghee and butter plus a katori of assorted nuts ,papaya, makhana everyday. Drink lots of milk and curds and plus proteins supplements. Lactare capsules or powder is a safe medicine
