i have heard of not using salt and sugar till 1 year. is it correct not to use these in food ?

A. dear mum , yes avoud salt till 1 yr as kidney of baby is notature to process salt infact sugar shd b avoided till 2 yrs this is to develop healty eating n avoud risk of dental caries

I haven't provided her salt and sugar in her meals since I was being suggested for not giving salt for 1 year and sugar for 2 year. so my question is how should I start giving salt in food and in what quantity since she is going to be of 1 year.
