Q.
i have heard from so many people that daily consumption of cerelac by babies isn't good. it may harm their health in long term. how can i make cerelac at home? home made cerelac recipe?

Hello mom commercial cerelac contains loads of preservatives, sugars and artificial flavours.. and much better option for it would be the home made version. .. so you can make with some rice and mix of dals , wash them , sun dry , dry roast and then grind it fine and mix together and store in an air tight container
