HbA1c is on the higher side. It is best if you follow a healthy diet. Stop sugar, reduce the amount of rice, chapati, bhakri & increase dal, sprouts, salads, buttermilk
Try to avoid juices, rice products like idli, poha
Get the Hba1c checked again after 3 months
